Directions
From Beaver Creek, Travel 34 miles east on I-70 to the first Frisco exit (#201). Turn right and drive through Frisco to Hwy 9. Turn right on Hwy. 9 and go about 1.5 miles to the entrance of the Peninsula Recreation Area. Turn left and follow the road approximately 2 miles to Peak One on the left (west) side of road.
Location Information
Peak One Campground is located on Dillon Reservoir, between Frisco and Breckenridge, on the Peninsula Recreation Area (Frisco Nordic Center). This campground is a good alternative to Pine Cove paved campground. Reservations are accepted for sites in B Loop, the other loops are First-come, First-serve. Campground and additional vehicle fees are charged at Peak One.

Peak One Campground has 79 camping sites. It has flush toilets, water, garbage service and paved roads.
