From Poncha Springs, Drive west on Highway 50 for 6 miles to County Road 240. Travel north on 240 for 4 miles to the trailhead.
Location Information
Angel of Shavano Trailhead is located 10 miles northwest of Poncha Springs. It serves as an access point for the Colorado Trail. The Angel of Shavano Campground is located across County Road 240 from the trailhead. Campers may use the trailhead for access to the Colorado Trail and the Mt. Shavano Trail.
