From Quincy, Travel west on Bucks Lake Road for 4 miles and turn left onto Slate Creek Road (24N28.) Travel 8.8 miles passing Dean's Valley Campground to ridge top. Lood for signs. From here take the left ford (23N99) and go 1.5 miles to trail signs for Oddie and No Ear Bar Trail . The McCarthy Bar Trailhead is to the left of the sign 1 miles further. Four-wheel drive is recommended.
Location Information
This trailhead is located approximately 9 miles southwest of Quincy and an elevation of 3,600 feet. The trailhead provides access to the No Ear Trail, the Oddie Trail and the McCarthy Bar Trail.
