Super 8 Paw Paw Mi, Paw Paw

We made reservations here because of location, cost, and availability of a pool. We were greeted pleasantly, but we were upset that the pool was not functioning and was dirty. We were going to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere, but when told of a cancellation fee, decided to stay. What appeared satisfactory was not - bed sheets were soiled, pillows were flat, television reception was awful, toilet seat was broken, and pool was not usable. For the price we paid, it was totally unacceptable. We do not recommend staying at this motel.

I stayed there Labor Day Weekend and they rented me a room that did not have the a/c unit working. They knew it was broken because the grate had previously been removed and not put back on correctly. Calls to the front desk after midnight in order to get moved to a different room went unanswered. The General Manager of the motel while admitting that they rented the room with a broken air conditioner was unyielding in doing anything to our liking. What's interesting was when I checked in someone was complaining about something in his room and decided to check out - I should've followed him but figured my experience would be different. Don't say you weren't forewarned.
