Beauty everywhere!

This resort does not disappoint. Close attention to detail is displayed throughout the property. From the moment you arrive, it is impossible not to be wowed. The drive up to the facility is filled with anticipation as to what you will find when you reach the top. The front desk staff and the concierge were very cordial. We stayed in a one bedroom and found it to be very comfortable, with well appointed furnishings,2 large flat screen TV's,a well stocked kitchen,
and a lovely private patio with incredible views. We were not near the pool and did not want to be. If that is your intention, it would be unrealistic to expect it to be quiet at all hours of the day. In the unit we were in, it was very quiet at all hours of the day. We enjoyed breakfast on our lovely patio with breathtaking views of the red rocks. We looked at Snoopy Rock every morning! They have kept the area as close to a natural setting as possible. The kitchen is well stocked with top of the line appliances so that you do not have to eat out every meal. We really enjoyed being able to have breakfast in our suite every day. There is granite everywhere from the kitchen to the bathroom. The mattresses were wonderful and I am picky!! There were 2 large flat screen TV's, free wifi, a huge jacuzzi tub and a shower the size of a walk in closet. The fireplace is lovely and turns on with the flip of a switch. (oh, the joy of modern technology). We were in Suite 1711 and would recommend it to anyone. Next time we will stay above us in 1721 just so we didn't have to do any stairs. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. I hate to go home with dirty laundry so this was a blessing. The pool area is stunning!! The views are everywhere. The pool is laid out beautifully. There are lovely chaises and umbrellas a plenty. There is a hot tub and even a kiddie pool. There is an area above the pool with top of the line gas grills so you could cook out and enjoy the views. There is a well equipped work out room if you are so inclined to keep up with your work out routine while on vacation. This resort is non stop beauty from the moment you arrive. Anyone who could not enjoy all the amenities this facility has to offer is just impossible to please. If you are going to Sedona I would suggest Apizza Heaven. It's where the locals eat and the pizza is fantastic! I highly recommend the Garden pizza. It is their version of a Margherita pizza and it is fabulous!! Dahl and DeLuca cannot be beat for atmosphere and some delicious gourmet Italian delights. I would recommend table #41 or #42 and asked for Reggie. He has been there many years and will take wonderful care of you. You MUST go on a Pink Jeep Tour. Ask to ride with Daniel and take the Broken Arrow Tour. It is the BEST way to see the rocks up close and personal. It will be a tour you will never forget. Don't miss the town of Jerome. It is a jewel. It is very easy to get to and has a facinating history. Go eat at The Haunted Hamburger or the Asylum. They are both terrific and the views are wonderful. The concierge at the Hyatt can answer all your questions, set up your tours and tell you where you get discounts in town just for staying at Hyatt. As you can tell, I had a wonderful time. We have stayed in many beautiful resorts all over and this one was a jewel. Don't miss it. You'll be glad you stayed at Hyatt Pinon Pointe.
