Good service. ok food. not the best ever. But we would go there again.

My family and I stayed at this Hotel in July, 2009. After checking in, we went to our room. We were getting ready to put my 6 year in the tub, when we found POOP in the tub. I went to the front desk, she was helping others at that time, so I went back to my room and told my husband to go ahead and clean it up. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk my concerns, she did appoligize and offered to come and clean it and she did. We were there for 5 nights and our room was only cleaned twice! They need to re-think their Housekeeping staff. When checking out, the hotel did give me a conccession of $20.00. I emailed management after arriving back to my home in South Carolina. Several days past when Pam, the Hotel Manager called me and pretty much told me that I made it up. Sure she is going to say that becasue that is her Hotel and she dose not want anyone to know such a thing. She also told me that the Front desk clerk said that when she arrived to my room someone took a shower and the shampoo bottle was open. Correction...nobody took a shower and yes the bottle was open because when my husband was trying to clean the tup..with water... he put a little shampoo in the tub until she got there to clean it. I also heard other guests complain about housekeeping and the hotel even offered them $49 a night if the stayed. (the rooms were $90.00 a night) The guests declined and left. I have never dealt with more un-professional people in my life. Pam was extremely rude. My advice to you...DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! I know hearing about poop in a tub at a Hotel sounds unblievable, it would to me too until I witnessed it at Country Inn and Suites.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back home from a business trip last Feb. 2007. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent as well as the cleaniness of the room. We had a great complementary breakfast and the value of the room was a great deal. We made it a point to take a business card from them so we make sure we stay with them again on our way south on business. In fact, we will be looking forward to staying there this weekend on a pleasure trip to the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the Paducah, KY area. The location was excellent with many restaurants to choose from and shopping,too. Stay here, they have our vote!

the price of the room was a little much , but it was worth it for my anniversery. The morning breakfast was great, its not that far to go to fun places and out to eat.

I didn't like the service. The lady at the desk didn't give us any information about the hotel. She was not friendly and I kind of felt uncomfortable but needed a place to put my stuff. We didn't even know we were offered a complimentary breakfast until the next morning when we spoke with the man at the desk. He was very nice and helpful. I didn't really enjoy my stay at all. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express my next visit to Paducah and really enjoyed it there and definately would stay there again.

Looking forward to our visit again. We always enjoy our Room, Great Food, & also every one is always eager to help. Very friendly front desk & very caring. We'll be staying with you again this coming Friday on our way South.
