Why so Pricey???

I'm wracking my brain to search for 1 reason why the Stocade feels they can command $140 a night. The most I can summon is the proximity to the LSU campus. Perhaps this would be a good experience for a couple or group attending an LSU event. Just not in a league of $140 a night. I feel taken.
