alot of very strange things happened at the casino STAY AWAY far away , I really thought there were laws against cheating.. It has been 3 months since i been to Vegas, and I am still very upset.

Its all goooood!

We had a wonderful time at the Tuscany, From check in thru checkout I felt that my business/vacation was important to staff, requests were handled in timely manner. The grounds are even better than the pictures, pools were clean and litter free sunshine havens. For an inexpensive hotel this would a great surprize, the value is excellent. I recommend this Hotel to all. have a great vacation. Paul and Connie

better than i expected!!

When i went to check in people greeted me at the door and the front desk people were very nice and willing to help with anything. The room was much more spacious than i was expecting. I knew it said it was a small suite but i was definately very happy with the room size. The hotel is only a block off the strip so its within walking distance and close to most of the attractions on the strip. Overall i think this is a great hotel with great service and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

You get what you paid for

Got the room right at the entrance/exit and the utility room. It was very noisy. In addition to the noise, foot steps on the ceiling at around 6-8 am were constantly beating. Lying on the bed unable to sleep, I had a feeling someone was kicking on my head.

Horrible Service!

We had a terrible experience at Tuscany Suites. We chose it for the price, but it's not worth the money you save to stay in a dirty room or to deal with the rude staff. They first checked us into a room that had not been cleaned, then the second room had a door lock that wouldn't work. All weekend our key cards would spontaneously stop working and had to be reset. The security guy told us that was a recurrent problem for the whole building. On time it happened overnight, of course there was no one at the desk, so we ended up locked out of our room for about an hour in the middle of the night! No one was very helpful about the key situation, instead of taking care of it, they just kept sending me back and forth to our room and the desk all weekend. There are plenty of cheap hotels in Vegas-don't stay at this one.

Best in Vegas

My wife and I went to the Tuscany through a timeshare referal program. We just loved the BIG rooms,resturants,and sevices. They gave us fun books at the casino with 2 for one dinners,free slot play. It feels like you were in Italy, with Italian music and decore. I recomeded this hotel to my friends. They will be going there this September. They told me there son was at the Tuscany on business a month ago, and loved it there. If you want an affordable hotel,one and a half blocks off the strip, quiet and relaxing. THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!

The Best Secret In Town!

Tuscany is a great value for the experience! We walked to the stripe everyday. The room was huge, very clean and a pleasure to rest in to get ready for the next day! The pool area was beautiful.

Excellent Property!

Fabulous hotel. We were attending the Nascar race March 2 and wanted to stay the off-strip. It was quiet, clean, spacious room, & the bathroom was nice because it was large space including a separate tub/shower. Marilyn's Cafe was delicious. Parking gave us easy access to our room. The temperature in the room was at our control which was very nice! We left plates, utensils & garbage bags for the next person since we didn't need to return home with them so I hope that helps out the next person who is in that room! KUDOS to the management and staff of the Tuscany Inn!

Wow!

We stayed recently during a family vacation/birthday party for our 21 year old. Went more for sight-seeing than gambling or nightlife. The Tuscany Suites was a great home base for the family. The rooms were enormous! Online pictures didn't do them justice. Very clean, comfortable, well-appointed, relaxing. Grounds were lovely and secure. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We considered staying in a strip hotel, but I'm glad we didn't. It's easy enough to drive to and park (for free) at one of the casinos and walk the strip. We had absolutely no complaints. Can't wait to go back.

Liked: Clean, comfortable space, parking Disliked: Smoking room was all that was available after I had booked a non-smoking; ice machines on all floors were always out of ice; TOO FAR from the Strip without a shuttle service.
