Beware of Overcharging
By Michelle S, 8/2/10
This spa is average. I went for a special birthday pedicure. I called and reserved the full, pricey treatment. I double checked the price when I called to ensure the website wasnt outdated. I received an average pedicure, nothing really special. The tech only applied one layer of polish even though it was a light color. When I went to check out I was automatically charged a 18% gratuity. I told her I only wanted 15% since it was nothing special and I was unhappy with polish. She said it was policy. This is not described on website or when you call so BEWARE!

Awesome Choice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/20/09
I loved this hotel. Beautiful views of the lake, and shops nearby. The prices are a little extensive, but good quality clothes.

The Best Place in the World
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/19/09
The lake view is fantastic. The loons awakened us from the lake and the otters were playing on the diving raft. Absolutely incredible. My three friends and I regretted that we had only one night to spend there. Fireplace, library, window seats, spa, terrific food and wine...We WILL be back!

Peaceful and relaxing place
By D., 7/3/08
The Inn at Mill Falls, yes, if you get a lake-view room, it's worth the money. Great service, clean room, great grounds to wander, nice variety of shops to meander. Nice neighborhood to wander for more shops. Stingy shower waterflow. Gas fireplace in the room is nice in the evening, when the temp drops. Move the chairs in the room to face the lake view, put your feet up and enjoy the view.

Can't wait to return!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/1/08
There is absolutely NOTHING to dislike about this beautiful collection of Inns. From the moment my husband and I arrived on a Thursday until we left on a Sunday, we felt pampered and cared for by a very special collection of true customer service experts! We stayed at Church Landing for the first two nights - beautiful, rich decor - and moved to Bay Point the last night -- which has an olde time elegance to it. The staff are warm, chatty and accommodating. We ate at the Lakehouse Grille, Lago, The Waterfall Cafe and Mame's - and had wonderful meals at each; Lago is a gastronomic experience! It is a must try when in Meredith! The bar/lounge at Church Landing is warm and inviting on a cold, snowy day! The shops at the marketplace are fun to wander around - and the salespeople at all the shops are very warm and engaging. Nearly all the rooms have great views of the lake, but our room on the 4th floor of Bay Point had a breathtaking view of the frozen waterfront dotted with ice fishing shacks and people snowmobiling. Bay Point had a bonfire on Saturday night with marshmallow toasting. Thank you for a romantic and wonderful experience! We will return in the fall.

Great place
By Chris, 7/6/07
I have been to the Inn at Mill Falls twice. I have stayed at the classic one, the Mill Falls Hotel and I have stayed at the Chase House. The next time I am going we will stay at the Church Landing with the spa, which I am looking forward to!!! The rooms in the hotel are comfortable and many include fireplaces, whirpools, and many other luxerious amenities. The views in the lake side hotels are fabulous and the area alltogether is safe and beautiful, it looks like a little old fashioned village. It is one of the best hotels in New Hampshire!

What a beautiful place
By Missy, 1/5/07
Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in NH! The place was beautiful! Beds were the best I had ever used at an inn! Friendly people! Great staff! Wonderfully prepared food! Can't wait to stay there again!

a special place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/28/06
I have been coming to The Inns at Mill Falls for eight years now. It has become a "home away from home" for me, and a healing place, as I love the energy and beauty of the lakes and mountains and the significance that this area has for me personally. The staff is warm, efficeint and attentive. The rooms are clean, attractive and comfortable. There are abundant good restaurants within walking distance. The newest Inn, Church Landing is gorgeous, but I love them all. Actually, the original Inn at Mill Falls is the least expensive of the four, and I really like the charm and warmth of that inn.

Peacful and romantic
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/25/05
We had a room overlooking the lake.It was so relaxing and beautiful to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by. Our room was quaint with a huge oversized bed that was very welcoming after 10 days of travel. We will definitely be back. The shops and restaurants nearby are great too.
