Spent The Night 1930's Style!
The inn has a great location on gorgeous Route 11. It was very quiet, seemed to be nice and clean and the folks were pretty friendly. So were the cats.
The room was small but confortable. The bathroom had gorgeous retro-tile and was a nice size. I really appreciated the microwave, fridge and the tea they provided.
On the downside, the room was a bit drafty. The window was cracked and the AC unit sealed with styrofoam. It warmed up okay thanks to the little heater provided. Also, stepping from the bedroom rug into the bathroom, carpet tacks were exposed, making for an exciting morning wake-up.
The place was really quiet, too.
