WORST customer service for any hotel I've ever been to
Of all the Pacific Hotel chain of hotels, this has the worst customer service. The front desk people were the rudest I have ever seen, completely unprofessional, and they give you the run around if you try and get in touch with their manager. I called for a month straight, and somehow he is always on vacation or "in and out", and every time, in about 10 calls, I asked the name of the person I was talking to, they refused to give me their name unless I gave them my information.
Sufficed to say, the sub-par level of customer service, even despite the attractive price, location, and amenities, is appalling, and completely negates the entire reason to go there.
