Travelodge Ruidoso, Ruidoso

This hotel provided my family with a "home away from home" experience. Clean comfortable rooms, close restaurant, fast and friendly service, and all this at a budget price. I also have to add the nicest part of all was a hotel bed that was as comfortable as the one at home. I never get a good night sleep when we travel, but when my head hit the pillow I didn't wake up once and felt great in the mornings.

price,clean room.they have 2 handicap rooms.i chose the 1 with walk in shower.people very friendly an helpful.will stay there again for sure./big dave...

THE HOTEL GAVE OUR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE AFTER WE HAD RESERVED IT A WEEK PRIOR TO THE PEOPLE THAT WERE IN OUR ROOM...THEN THEY GAVED US ANOTHER ROOM AND REQUESTED TO GIVE IT TO US AT THE SAME RATE BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US MORE..WHY SHOULD WE PAY MORE IF IT WAS THERE MISTAKE OF GIVING OUR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE...AND TO TOP IT OFF THE ROOM THAT THEY PUT US IN WAS A HANDICAP ROOM WITH A SMALLER BED AND THEY ALSO GAVED OUR ROOM TO ANOTHER FAMILY LUCKLY WE WHERE IN OUR ROOM WHEN THE FAMILY WAS TRYING TO GET IN..HOW PROFFESIONAL IS THAT???? THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAD AND THE CLERKS WERE ALSO REALLY RUDE AFTER I WAS REALLY NICE ABOUT EVERYTHING...

We travelled first time to Ruidoso and foudn this place next to gr8 restaruant Bobs and rooms are nice and clean with gr8 price. Front Desk very quick and helpful for providing necessary information about town and guided us good. We sure stay again next time we visit Ruidoso

I would definitely advise another hotel. The pricing was good, and the site we looked it up on had good reviews for it, so we chose to stay there on our trip. The service was moderately good, but the cable was limited and the swimming pool outside. The whole time there the swimming pool was covered, and the jacuzzi full of bugs. Cleanliness was low, but the location was good, being close to almost all the good sites. There was also free high-speed wireless internet, but overall, it wasn't worth it.

The room was dirty, nothing had been wiped down. All electrical outlets in the room are in use by lamps, microwave, or small refigerator. My wife left her ring on the sink, when she remembered it we returned to the room and the ring was gone. We inquired at the desk they appeared uninterested and would not even investigate. Hotel is supposed to have been remodeled. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door knob had hit it. Sinks from remodeled rooms were stacked out by the pool. Definately not a hotel I will return to.

the service was horrible it wasnt cleen at all when we got there it smelled like sigarette and the tables werent even wiped the value was to much if it was a better hotel id understand i loved the location
