Rivergreen Resort Hotel, Lincoln

I haven't start my trip to there yet, but find they have charged me with a much higher rate than my reservation. Called them, I asked them about this rate mismatch. A lady answered the phone, and said they don't care about what is the rate on their website, they just charge the amount on the price book they have. OMG, how many version of price book they are running?

front desk person was rude and not accomodating. Too caught up in being righteous. Did not make your facility a good experience nor was she a good representation of river green. I am contiplating writing to the better business to report such behavior. What was the manager thinking to put someone with a bad attitude at a front!!!!!!

Actually a very nice location, quiet and nice. We had 2 adults 2 children in a regular room with 2 beds. You had to squeeze between the beds and the dresser! Very clean though, relaxing, and the staff very helpful and nice. Pool nice, hot tub didn't work one of the days (ice cold). We actually stayed an extra day, and we were the only ones in the place; awesome! Would be helpful to have a restaurant/bar on site. All in all great stay!!

This facility needs some work. It was obvious that vacuuming was done very hurriedly if at all. When our toilet overflowed, and we contacted the fron desk, we were handed a plunger. We don't do plumbing. It would also be better if they offered a continental breakfanst.

Since it's only me and my husband the studio apartments are the best for us, as they are usually only 99/night and if you have AAA then you get an additional 10% off. We like to have the front on the third floor facing the parking lot, but that's just our preference as we think the mountain view is better. This was our second time within a few weeks and we loved each time. The new pool and great room are excellent!!!! This place is relaxing, so if you are looking for lively entertainment stay here for the nice room and go to the Indian Head resort for the music at night......We also like the Common Man Restaurant which is only 2 minutes up the street (we like to sit at the lounge).

Big, nicely laid out units with kitchens and jacuzzi tubs. The pool and hot tub is awesome. The great room with fire place and flatscreen tv is a great place to hang out.

i love everything about this resort. me and my husband stayed here 8 yrs ago on our honeymoon and recently returned on may 13 2007 just for a night away in this beautiful place. it is a relaxing quiet place surounded by beautiful mountian views all around you. it is so sereal. i could stay here forever. i cant wait to return. if i could i would like to recommend it to eveyone that likes great service, clean quiet and fully equipped places to stay. i will definetly return as soon as i can afford to. there is no better place to stay. they offer all new renovated rooms,and a great room that has the warmest feeling when your in it you just slip away to a place that you dont want to return from. you can even relax in your own jacuzzi in your room if your not a big people person. stop by some time and take a look for yourself you wont be disapointed. thank you rivergreen for many years of happiness i thaught it was great 8b yrs ago it's even better now.i like to stay here just to get away from day to day things.Mrs L

This place was great for me because I was the only adult able to go over vacation so I went and took 5 kids with me. 4 boys stayed in one bedroom with their own bathroom, the only girl and I slept together in a Murphy bed in the living room and had a seperate bathroom from the boys. The kids took the shuttle bus to and from the Mountain some of the time and I drove the other times. It was so convenient either way. While they were at the mountain, I went back to the Rivergreen and swam laps, worked out in the gym, sat in the jacuzzi & sauna. Then back to the condo, wathced a movie, read a book. Wonderful for me to have time alone! The place had a full kitchen so we ate breakfast every morning, made sandwiches and packed stuff for the kids to eat at the lodge, then cooked a big dinner every night. Never ate out once so we saved a ton of money there. Watched TV or movies every night in the big living room there so we never had to go out for entertainment. Kids were beat from snowboarding anyway. So worth the money. Very clean and nice for the money.

What a nice place.they have there own pool coming it will be done in 2006. I will stay there again clean great location,and a great price. STAY HERE

We have just returned home from a two night stay at the Rivergreen. I will definitely return. It is very clean and comfortable. However, the very best thing about the Rivergreen Resort is their front desk clerk Alana. I have been in the customer service business for well over 30 years and I will tell you this girl knows her stuff. While we were there to view the Inn Season Resort concept and did not purchase at this time, we do plan to go back. Another fine fellow who knows his stuff is Peter Castello working with the Inn Season for South Mountain. I hope they plan to come to visit the Cape. I plan on talking about them at our staff meeting. All front desk clerks could use a refresher. Thanks Again Alana. The family from Cape Cod
