Our stay was the best I've experienced at a moderate priced hotel. The people were above and beyond friendly and helpfulness. Our waitress, Sandra, was the pinacle of dedication and friendly service. We went ot have dinner after a long day of driving, her energy and good will revivedus on many levels. On Canada Day, coming back from exhausting celebrations, she even greeted us as she was working at a food tent set up by the hotel in the parking lot (which she was at until closing late in the evening). All the staff that we encountered were wonderful. I was even pleased with the "hotel fan" that is always too hot, too cold or noisey. The digital control meant that the room was perfectly comfortable. A pleasant surprise was the lifeguard on duty at the pool. I wish that was a law in Ontario as well. Our entire visit to Ottawa was great. Thank you for a wonderful Canada Day holiday.

Le personnel de l'hôtel sont très avenant et polie

Le stationnement à l'avant n'est pas très pratique car il y a souvent beaucoup de congestion à l'entrée principale.Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre au 8 ième étage, nous devions faire couler l'eau chaude pendant plusieurs minutes avant que cette dernière devienne suffisamment chaude pour prendre notre douche. Pour nous cycliste la situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale car nous sommes au pied des pistes cyclables.Le personnel de l'hôtel sont très avenant et polie.les chambres sont propres mais pas très grande.Notre séjour a quand même été agréable à cette hôtel.

Je n'en ai aucune idee mais nous sommes arrivee le 20 mai 2011 a 14h30 alors a vous de voir. Les 2 personnes presente a la reception etaient tres tres gentille et prevenante quant au reponse pour notre sejour et les activitees que nous recherchions dans l'immediat....... tres presente aussi aux enfants..... un gros merci...

Best location in Ottawa

This hotel is very well located. Even better than Ottawa downtown because from the hotel you get a marvelous view of the downtown and the parliament across the river. Just cross the bridge and you are there. In addition, the Canadian National Museum is just around the corner. The hotel isn’t new and it isn’t lavish either. But is very clean, has renovated bathrooms, and comfortable beds. For the price (it was the lowest priced 3 star in Expedia) it is an excellent choice!

Friendly

Located close to the bridge to Ottawa - can walk across, then a few blocks (about 15 minutes) to lots of restaurants, indoor malls, etc. The room was reasonable for the price. The immediate area in Gatineau is rather bland. Basically it was a place to sleep, and to get some work done using the wireless internet access. The place was fairly empty. The front desk staff were friendly.
