Please for the love of GOD don't stay here!

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked the room, but it was a last minute thing and I was getting desperate. My boyfriend and I were going down to Dana Point for Valentines weekend getaway, and when we arrived at the Capistrano Seaside Inn, we pulled in the driveway, and I immediately regretted having wasted $165 on this dump. The buildings are in BAD need of renovation and remodeling, it looks dingy and run down. We waited in the main office for 10 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in (the main office smelled SO bad). We got to our room, after not being shown where it was and wandering around a bit, and I couldn't believe how dirty the carpet was, how old and dingy the couch was (we had an upstairs "suite"), how small the TV was, and how disgusting the bathroom was. The fireplace was nice, but there was nothing to light it with. There was NO HBO, as the website said there would be. There was no heater, and one of the bedroom windows was propped open by an AC unit, needless to say we were freezing all night. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burn holes all over it; I half expected it to be covered in bugs, too. It's the kind of place you expect to see cockroaches in, and we paid a whopping $165 for a terrible experience.
I didn't mind the trains going by all night so much, but if you don't sleep like a like I do, you'll have issues.
The "complimentary continental breakfast" in the morning consisted of boxed cereal, milk in a bucket of ice, old fruit, and pastries you could buy at a gas station.
DON'T STAY HERE! I'M BEGGING YOU!
