Travelers Lodge, West Yellowstone

In July of this year my husband and I stayed in this motel and around 4:30 am we awoke to find numerous bedbugs on us and in the sheets. It was a truely nasty experience! When the office finally opened the clerk acted like he knew nothing about this occurrance. He did however give us a full refund but should have reimbursed us for the laundromat and the inconvience. I thought later that I should have knocked on each room and told the other motel guests of our experience. Stay away from this motel!!!

Dirty, unmaintained, broken. No pool, hot tub. I filed a compliant and received a refund. What a disappointment.

Rundown dump. No pool, hot tub or sauna as advertized. Poor parking. The beds were made and seemed clean until I sat at table and got sticky syrup stuff on my arms, used toiletries left in bathroom. (NOT CLEAN). Rooms do not look like ones on web site so don't be fooled. Staff acted like you they did not work for you. You would be better off getting a tent and staying in the park or on the East side in Cody.

A dissapointment. The rooms were not clean. The laundry facilities were broken. The "family" room was a joke. Its not worth your time.

For $130/night, this "luxury" motel offred a toilet that almost fell over, a sink that filled with sewage when the neighbors flushed their toilet, no A/C, filthy carpets, a permanent boot print on the bathroom floor, cleaning staff that barged in when we were still in bed, a dark and smelly "family" room that might have been imported from Calcutta, and a press-board door that was kicked in on the bottom. After travelling throught many impoverished areas of the world, this motel compares with rooms I rented in India for $18/night. One of the worst motels in America, and possibly the world. Expensive and absolutely disgusting!

Very Over priced for very poor service. The a/c was broken they rented us the room anyway and when they were asked they said they already knew but they couldn't do any thing includeing refund or money the rooms were disgusting.

The picture is nice, but the hotel and the rooms are very dirty and run down. The part they do not show you is the pool that is green and paint chipping off. Also, they forget to tell you the the stairway is falling down and there are holes in the walkways. The rooms are extremely dirty and have a very bad smell.

i,ve been here twice had no problems and a ton of fun, great people. This was a snowmobile trip myself and five friends. No one had a problem everyone loved it.

The hotel is not as advertised on the internet. Was a no star hotel. Outdoor pool not working Spa npt working No phone in the room No breakfast - mini muffins and coffee We will not go there again nor tell others about it.

The lodge was well priced and very conveneient. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean and the bathroom in very poor shape. I will probably not return.
