Perfect In Everyway

Proprietor of this establishment has made grand improvements, since last we stayed, example redone bathrooms,new carpets,windows,doors. They have definitely improved to suit the comforts of their customers. With this in mind we certainly recommend this motel. Our only regret our vacation ended to soon.

first off iliked the people running the place and the ones cleaning it the location is a nice walk to food and ,what some of the old days ,could have bin.take a walk at knight,clean smells ,and stares. quiet.breisk morenings and you know youre weekend has started,in agood place to begin.. have fun there i, do .

i love all in inlet, the best sity in the world there are the best people wich I ever meet. I hope we come back to Inlet very soo!!!!

Cozy, Comfy, & Convenient

We visited the motel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The new owners are busy repairing and updating. The last time we were there, the game room was inoperable. This time, the game room was completely redone with reclining couches, pool table, etc. They now offer a continental breakfast in the morning with real coffee. It is a nice treat when you have a busy day planned and don't want to take the time to go to breakfast. The location is perfect - a 2 minute walk to town and the public beach! I will be making future reservations and recommend that if you are in the area to stay at the Marina Motel.

Skip This Place!

I've been traveling to the Adirondacks since 1962. I've stayed in some great places and some not so great. I've had the Adirondack experience maybe more than most folks. Anyway I've got to list The Marina Motel in Inlet on the "Not so Great" list. Twenty years ago I would have recommended the place to anyone. Unfortunately the present owners have done little to keep the place up. It was hard to get even the basics of service. The room we were in smelled of mildew and their idea of coffee anytime for guests was a party perk coffee maker that ran all day long with the same coffee which was burnt. We were extremely disappointed with our stay and could have stayed in accomodations farther up the NY Route 28 Highway. I hope the new owners will change the way they do business! It's needed!
