Comfort Suites North, Knoxville

We discovered on accident upon initially entering the room that our room door did not lock from outside and required no key to enter. I called the front desk immediately, though they did not share our sense of urgency. My family and I had to take different shifts when leaving the room including going to breakfast since our valuables were unprotected. Upon checkout, I let the manager know that the door did not lock and it was an inconvenience. She said she was made aware by the evening staff and that it would be looked at. Room was otherwise good. Breakfast area not well laid out.
