Carlisle Hotel, Omaha

What a horrible place! I would never stay here again. The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Shower head was so filthy I wouldn't even take a shower! We checked out first thing the next morning. Front desk lady was completely rude and unprofessional. Nobody should stay at this hotel!

we searched high and low for a positive aspect but couldnt find a single one. We did manage to find a mashed up piece of cake in between the matresses, a lazy staff and a terrible smell that is impossible to escape from. Also, the air conditioner was VERY loud and the mattress was VERY uncomfortable, so much so that I didnt sleep at all. You couldnt pay me to stay here!

I agree with all the things that were said, the rooms smelled and the water pipes in my room were put togeather with black tape and duck tape. The bed was falling apart under it, found a dirty washrag over the shower, the room had not been dusted, it was trash. I was given an amount and saw charged more, the staff was rude, the first day the dirver walk in before us and let the door close right in our face. The van used to take me to the airport, the smell was so bad it made me sick. I lost a back brace in the motel and it was not found as of yet. Made a mistake and it won't happen again.

This was the absolute worst place that I have ever stayed. We were to stay there for 4 nights and only because we could not find another place in town at 11 pm when arrived did we stay that first night. The hotel was dirty in the halls and the rooms. Everything was run down and just plain filthy. We checked out the next morning and it was none too soon.....

breakfast was stale donuts, toaster waffles and biscuits and gravy .day 2 no buscuits or gravy. our room phone was turned off over a long distance phone bill of less than $3.oo because they couldnt find our credit card information from our reservation. when ask to turn it back on ,they would not said it was policy.this was well before check out. the pool was also closed .Do to a needed repair. over all kinda old dirty. Girl at front desk seemed lazy.

The hotel was not clean and it did smell badly. It was as decribed by most who thought that it was not a good place to stay. The bathromm floor was sticky. Then rained in my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the most horrible, nasty, unclean, smelly, unfriendly and all around awful hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff do not act as if they care at all about the people staying at the hotel, and did not do anything about my complaints. The whole place feels as if it is falling apart, with peeling paint, stained and frayed carpets, missing ceiling tiles, broken fixtures, and dirty linens. My non smoking room had a very strong smell of smoke, and two FULL ashtrays. There are several hotels right next door to this one, and most are comparably priced. DO NOT STAY HERE.

You have to be out of your mind to stay here. It's VERY drity, Cleaning staff doesn't clean. They never did Clean my bath, nor make the bed, or change the sheets...Gross The breakfest is a joke...coffee and really old food. They keep the food in a utility room next to thier " food service room " I went elsewhere to eat. This place smells...both the hallways and the rooms.All the hallways show Major water damage...plus the rooms...Mold is everywhere. Man .....it's just discussing......

This hotel has the rudest people working there, and my room was very unclean. (old coffee grounds in the pot, soiled toilet) At 5:30AM during a massive rainstorm I was told I could not park under the covered entrance to load my kids in my truck because it was for airport shuttles only. They told me they were calling the police if I didn't move. At 5:30AM, I didn't see anybody on the lobby at all waiting for an airport ride. These people are rude, and you should stay anywhere else you can find.

In the 20 mins we were in our room we found hair in both beds, in the tub and in the sink. There was a hole in the wall with wires and pipes showing, our carpet was just nasty, you could taste the smoke in the air of our "smoke-free" room. The only good thing was the staff offered to help find us a new room when canceling our reservation after a 20 min stay. Yes it is cheap, but is it worth it? NO! We got a room elsewhere for 7 dollars more.
