Comfort Inn Cape Cod, Hyannis

I would give this a no star at all, but a single star is the lowest rating you may give. FIlthy guest room; mildew in the bath, smudges from dirty hands on the white bathroom door, smudged mirrors, smelly towels, smelly sheets. Worn fixtures and furnitures; bathroom fixture kept falling off, a king bed so worn with a HUGE hole in the middle. Staff members' behavior was unprofessional, even for this class of lodging. We were not expecting the kind of service we would get from the Four Seasons, just reasonable courtesy and professionalism. Maid service did not clean our room (yes we did take the sign off the door). Dryer in guest laundry facility was not working. We were left with wet clothes after they had been in the dryer for an hour, and front desk had no change to give us. Point is, if you expect to see the kind of room they have displayed on their reservation site, you're in for a shock. Do yourself a favor and make your reservation elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

We like the location which is just outside Hyannis. The hotel is clean, has a nice indoor pool, and a good continental breakfast..
