Great Place
By Ivy, 09/07/09
Great place, friendly staff, free shuttle to and from Amtrak. Nice clean rooms. Starbucks and Bennigans available inside hotel. Order breakfast (delievered via room service) couldn't believe how much food was given - it was a wonderful surprise. Close to all the historical site too.

Pets are additional $75 per stay
By Tim, 08/21/09
While animals are allowed, they are far from included in the price of your room.

dad built
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/29/09
i have never had the pleasure of staying here. My dad built this. It was called Fourm 30 when it was first built. I go by this once a month and i have some pice to bring of it being built in 1973. I do wish it had the rotaring resturant back at the top. i would have liked to see it. thanks.

The place to stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/08
Stayed here on business then decided to take the kids for a little history. The breakfast is great! Bennigan's is a great addition. The look of Bennigan's is more contemporary than the others I've visited. Very comfortable for everyone. Nice to have Starbucks in the morning. Convenient to all the Lincoln sites. Great value!!! Oh, did I mention the beds? So comforatble it was hard to get up in the morning. Staff was accommodating too!

By PAM, 04/15/08
I loved this hotel. Staff was outstanding, beds were so comfy! Views from room were fantastic, fun nightlife nearby and in Bennigan's, great bar area! Bennigan's was yummy and I could take the elevator to grab a Starbucks in the morning! Can't wait to go back!

Clean windows = Great view
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/12/08
We really enjoyed our stay! We had a wonderful dinner on the 30th floor. Very reasonable prices. Unlike the previous post, we found the windows to be very clean, in our room and in the restaurant. Looks like Bennigan's is opening in March. Can't wait because we have another getaway planned for May. Starbucks is conveniently located in the hotel to satisfy my husband's coffee addiction. The staff was great! We had several requests during our stay and had no problem finding someone to help. Valet parking was nice Bellstaff was wonderful! See you in May!

I would not return to this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/09/08
It cost my daughter and myself $498.00 for 3 nights stay, including parking and breakfast. On the plus side, you can walk to the sites downtown. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows, and the view would have been much better if I could have seen out of the windows. They were really dirty on the outside, and that was on all the floors. They sat us at the restuarant on the top floor by a broken window shade that would not go up, and that was with only four people in the place. When you 1st come in from the parking deck, you have to find your way to lobby, and carry your bags up a flight of stairs. No one is in site. The noise outside is really bad. There is constant train whisles, sirens, and wind noise. The people in the room next to us were loud until 2 A.M. I stayed in Los Vegas and Disney World for less and sure had a better hotel. There is no place to eat from 2-5 P.M. No vending machines for snacks anywhere.

Do not stay at this hottible place!!!
By jonas, 10/22/07
Terrible service!!! Front desk staff and managers extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Sitting and watching TV in back most of the time. Do not try to get any assistance from them. Plus, extremely expensive for a dirtly 'Travel lodge like' standard. Only positive is a decent breakfast. Stay at the Garden Inn, much better service, friendly staff, clean rooms. Slum Hilton!!!

Only a short stay
By DAVID H, 07/30/07
I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. Positives: The top floor restaraunt was fantastic.... Great view of the city if you are fortunate enough to get an upper floor room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Negatives: The pool is ridiculously small. Parking charges were much too high.
