You Won't Believe How Great These People Are!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Boise with my daughter to celebrate my dear mother's 100th birthday. We chose the Rodeway, Boise because I have a large Belgian Shepherd and they are dog friendly, adding only $10 to the total bill to accommodate your best friend no matter how long the stay, with no weight restrictions. When I called, I told Rachael (My first Rodeway contact) that we might be there as early as 11am, even though check-in was listed as 2pm. She was quick to tell me that, if our room were available, we could check in at that time. As it turned out, we didn't make a stop that we had intended to and arrived at 7am, completely exhausted from driving all night. I offered to pay extra so that we could get into a room immediately and get some rest. It turned out that the room we had reserved was occupied, but we were given an upgraded room that we could occupy immediately for no extra charge and no charge for checking in so early. What a relief!
The room was neat, clean and showed no signs of wear, indicating a caring and concerned management that stays up on maintenance. They have free wi-fi, cable tv, and comfortable beds and chairs. There is a lounge attached to the motel where we went to sing karaoke and were made to feel like old friends.
There is also an indoor /outdoor pool and there are also his/her saunas and a spa/hot tub. There is even a tether ball pole in the large play area that surrounds the outdoor pool area.
In addition there is a large area to 'exercise' your dog
All in all, our experience was very pleasant. The value for the money and the treatment of guests by the staff added to the clean and well-maintained rooms make this a great place to stay and THE motel I will always choose when I visit Boise, Idaho.
