Can't think of anything we didn't like about it. Beautiful scenery, all the ameneties you could ask for, and nice sized lots.

Breathtaking in Every Way!!

The slopes are beautiful..staff is courteous and friendly..The view is absloutely breathtaking. Our room was beautiful and very well-kept. The community of Eagle Rock is very small-town quaint. Everyone we ran into who lived there had that small-town charm that makes Eagle Rock a diamond in this former coal town. The food at the Clubhouse was exceptional- the service was the best we've had in years. I've read a lot of bad reviews on this place and I completely disagree. After speaking with the staff and locals, I found out that the resort is under new management (about 1 year) so this may be why I had such a great experience when others did not. Most of the staff is new...Eagle Rock is definitely on its way to the top of all resorts in the Poconos!

very poor

I just spent the wek-end there.Sept 21st to 23rd.Service in the club was very poor.I couldn't believe the wait my family and I had for breakfast.We had no room service because I wanted to shower at 3:30pm and the cleaning lady told me she ceased working at 4:00pm.The glasses in our room had lipstick stains on them and one very small bar of soap for 2 people.I couldn't imagine ever returning there.
