Do not stay in room 204 - poor construction allows you to hear every step in the room above (kids running, jumping). The staff was unhelpful.

Clean and priced right

We went to Ocean Shores for the 1st time and chose this hotel. There were enough parking spaces, The reception desk lady gave us a welcome packet. It had 2 bottles of water, local coupons and a book with nearby visitor place with maps. Our room was on top (4th) floor and was very clean. I couldn't get a room with ocean view as I booked it very late. I paid $150 for a king bed room. The fridge and microwave came handy as we has lot of baby food that needed to go into the fridge. The room was big and had ceiling fan in it. Our 18 moth old loved the ceiling fan. The breakfast was nice too. They had waffle maker and batter dispencer. It was fum to make your own waffle. I would return there again and recomend to others.

Nice place!

Very good location & value. We were on the top floor and had a great view of the beach & ocean. Have never been disappointed at Ocean Shores and this last visit did on not let us down.

Not really on the beach

This place was really clean and the staff was very friendly. However I would not call it a beachfront hotel. We could see the Pacific Ocean from a distance and the walk to the beach was about 5 minutes.

We first stayed at Comfort Suites, Ocean Shores because we are Choice Privileges members. The rates are always resonable and with one exception in our travels, always very clean and exceptional hospitality. The Ocean Shores hotel was no exception. When my husband and I want to "get away" we just call for reservations and know the hotel will be clean and we are always warmly welcomed. It would be nice to have a balcony, but we have beautiful view, warm fireplace and comfortable beds.

A good value

I chose this hotel after doing my homework. The location is ideal, and for 170 bucks a night, we got a room with a hot tub, fireplace, and cable TV, with a 180 degree view of the ocean. Loved it. My only complaint is that there were hyper children stomping all over the floor above us at 7:30 AM each morning, so I would definitely recommend getting a room on the fourth floor so no one is above you. Other than that....excellent. For this price, a fantastic value.

hot tub in the loft was great, but the ventalation wasn't very good. We didn't have a deck either. The room was nice, but not perfect.

I will definately be a repeat customer

I chose to stay at the Comfort Inn based on reviews I saw on another site and boy was I glad I did. Originally scheduled to stay 3 days, I had such a great experience that I decided to treat myself to 1 more day! Extremely helpful and friendly staff made this a no-brainer for a repeat visit. My room was very clean and offered a great view of the ocean. The pool and spa being open 24 hours was a huge bonus because there were kids in the pool most of the day so late night swims were convenient and greatly enjoyed. On a final note, the weight room was stocked with various equipment from stationary bikes, a treadmill and a universal gym with various workout options which made it easy for me to get my workout in, even on the day that it rained all day. I could not ask for more and highly recommend the Comfort Inn for anyone who wants to get away and have a great experience in Ocean Shores!
