Americas Best Value Inn Waller, Waller

Recently during a transitional period of waiting for the closing of our home we had to stay for a semi lengthy time at the America's Best Value Inn in Waller, TX. There were other long term tenants at this motel that had the morals of alley cats. We were one of the lucky ones to be put in the next room to one of them. These two long term tenants would have their car radio turned up to the max whenever they came into the parking lot which in return would set off car alarms! The walls at this motel are paper thin and the motel should have a "no thru traffic" sign in their parking lot because it was like a freeway with many locals cutting across the parking lot to get to Stokes Road! But the icing on the cake is that there is a car wash located perhaps 50 feet across from the motel. The car wash is usually busy 24 hours a day with MANY of the people using it playing their car radio at the maximum also!! Not even our t.v. and rooms fan/a.c. could drown them out! Who in their right mind would put a carwash or motel next to each other?!!
