Awesome Location

This was my first experience in a resort or condo style property. The experience was wonderful. My family and I completely enjoyed the Hilton Experience. The property is located very close to Downtown Disney, outlet malls, Sea World, restaurants and not too far from Universal. There are walking and running trails on the property and the two pools are fabulous. The rooms were impressively large and each room has a screened-in porch for sitting and relaxing. Finding close parking to your particular building can be a little tricky at night but, the resort offers cart service to drive you to your building. The hotel staff is wonderful. Very well designed resort property. I would have rated service higher but I'm used to getting a hot breakfast served in the mornings and a greater selection of food on site as part of my hotel packages. I would recommend this location.
 
 
 
 
 
poor security and no response from management

the maid service left our door open (not just unlocked but open). we complained, the operator took the info, and then no response at all from management. we complained multiple times through different venues and still no response. it ruined our trip. we no longer felt secure in our room. although nothing was stolen, a simple call of apology would make a huge difference. i will never stay in hilton family of hotels again.

Awesome experience!!!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a professional and friendly staff. When we opened the door to our unit, we knew we were going to relax at this resort. Everything was extremely clean, well-appointed and we had a beautiful view of the pool. The large screened balcony area is great. During our four day stay, we enjoyed the convenience of shopping, the short drive to the theme park, and all the restaurants available to us. Most of all, we enjoyed strolling around the lake and watching the ducks play in the water. This was a very relaxing and memorable weekend with our two teenagers. We wanted to connect for some family time before the hustle of the holidays and that is exactly what happened. I would definitely recommend this wonderful resort. Great job, Hilton!!!

Poor service

Fyi: Hotel mgr, lets lawn crew/outside crew start cutting lawn and air blowers and edgers@ 8:00 am!!!!!!!!!!!! No pool services........ No bell services Put us in suite next to housekeeping dept. at the time of booking room clearly stated not near housekeeping dept room, ice machine elv.

Excellent accomodations.

We've been numerous times and always try to stay at Tuscany when we visit Forida. The rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. Issues, if any, are quickly solved in a respectful and professional manner. Every room is facing either the lake, the pool or a portion of both. There's no overlooking the next roof, parking lot, garage or dumpsters !! You feel secluded in your own little paradise.

peaceful elegance,can't wait to go back

There is nothing to dislike about this Place! Very well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Pools are great not crowded and well kept. Rooms are great, recommend the suites, more room and a full kitchen. We have stayed here three times and loved it evry time, hate to leave everytime we go. You want be disappointed!

Luxury Apt at Great Price

This place was amazing - a full luxury apt! Hi-end everything! Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Jacuzzi tub open to the master bedroom. Elegant bathrooms. A large screened dining balcony. And the view of the large lake with its wonderful fountains is stunning. Very comfortable accomodations. Two huge pools, one with a great bar. Not too far from Disney. An excellent deal for the $, $150 at time of stay. And restaurants on site provide room service. Staff was very friendly. Concierge on site. The comfort of a luxury apartment with the benefits of a luxury hotel.

Really LOVED our stay

We had a TERRIFIC room (6/8: 2 bedroom villa) at the HGVC Sea World. It was soooooo super! Our room was emmaculate! I swapped my timeshare week for this stay...and NO ONE bugged me or hassled us in any way to buy from them. I would LOVE to stay there again! Hubby loved the free internet service and it really came in handy. We checked dinner shows out...times, places, maps!

Wonderful place to stay

We took our two children and one of their friends to stay here last year and really enjoyed the property. The resort is truely that, a resort with everything you would expect. Relaxing by the pool is made even more so with the out door bar and cafe, the kids can go do crafts and the older kids can take day and night trips with supervision. Our week spent here can't be replaced and no other place has matched up yet :) Give it a try, you won't be disapointed.
