nice hotel awesome veiw of falls they got the best breakfast with veiw

My family and I spent 4 days at the embassy last week, we choose a double Queen suite with a view of both of the falls , let me tell you the suite was on the 16th floor and the view was to die for , very clean as well. We also had dinner at the keg , first row and again to die for view not to mention that the food was out of this world and the price was cheaper than I would normally spend to have dinner in NYC,that been said we had great time there nice location , very clean , the hotel rate it self was very good and the service was nice, do have in ind that everything in Niagara is very expensive , and if ya traveling with kids the hotel have video games in the room that will charge about $7 to your bill every time the game is turned on ... hehe i had 20 charges of my son turning it on and off .. lol another thing TDI Fridays OMG food is horrible and service extremely poor and rude, stay away from it, late snack go across the street . There is a $20CD parking free, they will park your car for you and they will provide a shuttle if ya need to get the car back , the parkin lot is just couple blocks from the hotel and the shuttle will leave ya where ya car is parked

Everything was great but do not take any tour from hotel its very very expensive goto the booth where tram goes to falls its a half a minuite walk from hotel and book your place of interest in less then half the amount what tour desk at hotel charges.however the staff at tour desk are very helpfull and nice.but dnt get carried away wth their sales talk........ rest all was great staff at breakfast place at embassy suits are not very warm and very efficient but most of them are very tired,old and arrogant.By the way two nights are more then enough for naigara. this was my experience. viren shah Roopam

My girlfriend and I stayed here from May 1-May 4 2009. It couldnt have been better. The view of the falls from our room was fantastic. The breakfast was great and the view from the Keg restaurant where they serve it was even better. The manager reception was also a welcome event. We didn't experience any rude staff members or long waits for elevators that I have seen in other reviews. Sometimes I think some people who write these work for other hotels in the area! Parking is $20 a night, but unless you haven't traveled to a big city in 10 years you will find similar parking charges everywhere. Fantastic place, I highly recommend it.

We stayed in Niagara Falls for two nights and I don't think we could have picked a nicer hotel! The whole experience was wonderful and made for the most memorable stay. The view from our room, 3206, was spectacular, with views of both the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. If this is your first visit to see Niagara Falls, which it was for us, I highly recommend this hotel. Granted, it is pricey. But you get what you pay for, and we were treating ourselves. There are motels north of the Fallsview area, on Niagara Parkway, that might be better suited to those who might find this hotel too expensive. We wanted a memorable trip, and we saved for a memorable trip, and we had a memorable trip. We did not have to wait more than a minute for an elevator, the free breakfast buffet on the 9th floor was wonderful, with made to order omelets that were some of the best I've eaten, the manager's reception each night included excellent munchies and some of the best salsa. Relaxing in the jacuzzi, looking out over the Falls, was like Heaven. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Yes, we did pay the $30 to have our car brought up to the door whenever we needed it (as opposed to $20 to be shuttled to the car parked off premises), but the wait was never long. We felt it was worth the money, and made us feel special. It's not something you do every day. The Keg and TGI Friday's are both expensive places to eat. So we didn't eat on premises, but found a wonderful restaurant on the south end of town called Betty's Restaurant. The food was excellent, desserts and pies were all homemade, and prices were no worse than the Milwaukee-Chicago area. I got around the phone call charge by using a calling card to make all calls. You are allowed 60 minutes of free 800 calls per day, and since all the calling card calls go through an 800 number, didn't pay a cent on phone calls. There were no surprise charges on my bill at all, as was mentioned in previous reviews. All in all, if you are looking for an extremely nice place to stay, with a beautiful view from your floor to ceiling window of Niagara Falls, and a memorable time, I highly recommend this hotel.

worse experience...I booked a King Fallsview room..I told the reservation desk over the phone that i am looking for a room with both falls view...I was told King Falls view is perfect room..When I got there I was given a room where I could only see part of horse shoe falls....I requested for changing my room...RECEPTIONIST was so rude to me...SHE TOLD ME TO PAY MORE TO GET BETTER VIEW...I ASKED FOR THE BEST VIEW....I WAS GIVEN THIS ROOM....I had to pay a lot of money to get different room...No one helped me to move the luggage from 11 floor to 37th....I was asked to pay for internet...most hotels have it free...CAR PARKING IS $20 per night....most hotels either provide free parking or discounted rate...use of coke was suppose to be 3.00 dollars..my card was charged 6 dollars... even if you add taxes it wont go that much....But i have to tell you I did not let this ruin my vacation...i have a wonderful time with my wife...I had a great view...I had to pay for it...I DONT MIND PAYING.....BUT I COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IN THE BEGINING SO I DID NOT HAVE HAVE WORSE EXPERIENCE....... Stayed over for a couple of days in april, room was very clean , comfotable bed ,nice jacuzzi bath with awesome view of the falls. Very soundproof rooms. A five star stay in my book!

i think this hotel was very well and the snack and brekfeats was 5 star too but the parking was a litel pricy but after all it is a 5 star hotel and for the peapel who wrote badreviews what do you want a jet plane?, any ways it was a awsom place to stay at.

My first suggestion is to stay elsewhere. This hotel nickels and dimes the hell out of you. They charge 20 bucks a day for parking which you'd expect to be included in the price, local calls you have to pay for as well and don't get me started on the Keg restaurant (do not eat here unless you want to be ripped off)! My next one is to go outside of Niagara Falls to eat every meal. All the places we ate nearby were very pricey and not worth even half the price they charged. The wineries in Niagara on the Lake were fantastic! You can find spots to eat there which are reasonable and delicious!

After reading some of the negative reviews, we were a little wary, but it turned out that this hotel was fine in every way. Contrary to what some reviewers stated, we saw absolutely no employees pressuring us for tips. In addition, despite what some reviewers wrote, we never had to wait more than a minute or two for an elevator to arrive, The package we purchased included free buffet breakfasts and a free dinner at the Keg restaurant. Both were very good. There were also snacks and drinks provided every evening. Our suite (3205) was immaculate and the view was great. It is true that parking at the hotel is too expensive ($20.00), but parking is available at the nearby casino for only $5.00 per visit. Actually, parking is free if you get a Player's Card at the casino and do a little gambling. Just show your Player's Card to the attendant when you leave the casino's parking lot and you don't have to pay anything. All in all, we had a great time at the Embassy Suites Fallsview and would stay there again without hesitation.
