I won't stay there again.

The view was spectacular. We had two suites, 3102 and 3103. They both stank terribly of cigarette smoke, and non smoking rooms were requested. We were a group of 6 senior women sharing two rooms (pull out in living room.) I had called from train to notify of late check in. They insisted they were non-smoking rooms. But one had a cigarette burn in the carpet, and the other cigarette burns in the bedroom end table and the coffee table. I told them on two different days to make it a smoking room for the next quest, or rip out carpeting. The odor came out into the hall it was so strong. We were given a ionizer for one night. For both rooms. On the second day I was offered new rooms, at the point we were all unpacked and only had one night left. But they way they argued with me instead of coming and smelling the rooms. It had a obvious odor of trying to mask the smell with carpet cleaner or something. Three of us were 73, 79 and 80 years old.
Also the conscierge would only help us if we bought a tour for $136. I don't know if they were commission sales thru Hilton or this tour company. But would not help me with any other tour information.
