I really appreciated the visiting family experience I felt staying - Not Fancy - Just coming Home Thanks Jimmy

First to start with the service was good,the guys who were looking after us were very friendly people and made sure that we were comfortable.The parking space was good and our vehicles were well taken care of.i stayed in room no 9,the room was neet and clean the bathroom was good and had a jacuzzi tub.There was also a facility for bar-be-cque.In short we had a nice stay der.

Well I guess thats what I get for waiting so long to book a motel in Lake George. I booked this motel aweek in advance and should of know, when they had all kinds of vacancys and every other place was full,there was somthing not right. Well for starters I have to say the folks that ran the place were very nice, but OMG i have never stayed at a more filthy,discusting place in all my life. It was so dirty that the popcorn bags and used toilet paper was still in the room from the people before. I wouldnt even let my kids sleep under the sheets. Besides the fact of being dirty, they have no extra pillows,towels, they give you no cups or and ice bucket. They gave us 2 towels and one wash clothes for a family of five. When booking the room I asked for a rollaway which I never got and my poor husband ended up sleeping on the floor with 2 bedspreads and no pillow, next to an ant motel. Well this experience taught me a lesson, that is if everyone eles is booked and you find a place with all kinds of rooms available be weary be very weary.

Great Value, Great Staff...well worth your money. The rooms were clean, new sheets and towels when we asked. Overall a very nice trip.

When we arrived at the property, we were not so impressed with the exteriors of this old 50's style property, but when the owner took us to our room, we were ecstatic. We got the best view in the property from Room 10. We were three couples in an oversized room with 3 beds and after splitting the cost, we got the best value in town. The Room was IMMACULATE with 27" TV, Refrigerator and Microwave Oven which came in handy. We loved the LOCATION as it is within walking distance from the Lake and the Village and WE CANT WAIT TO RETURN IN 2006. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When I stayed at this motel last year there was a wonderful lady running it. She went over and above to make our stay the most pleasant visit we ever had to the Lake George area. We plan to visit the area again this year. Hopefully we will be able to get accommodations once again. The price was reasonable very easy access to the Village and attractions.
