Won't go back!

I've been a "regular" here for 2 years - no more! The past 4 months, the games have stopped paying, and I've watched the computers fail several times, often during "promotions." When they fail, you are forced to sit at your game indefinitely 'til you get a "hand" payout. But sometimes the slot people aren't allowed to pay by hand, so you must wait for the system to come back up, whether you have $1 or $1000 in the machine. I've heard of folks waiting for an hour and a half for $28, and also have watched people leave with $2 or $3 left in the machine, rather than wait. How convenient....eh? Company profits!
The floor personel is NOT responsible; it's the management. The Cannery employees have not received a raise in 4 years! Management has told them that Cannery is losing money. I've been going there nearly every day for the past 2 years, spending between $20 and $30 per day - no more! That averages out to more than $8,000 per year. I guess they are losing money. I've cut them off as of 12/25/2010, and here's the reason:
The Cannery Sports Book has a "parlay card" promotion during the NFL season. If you acquire 49 base points in one day, you can receive a "free" card. 49 points is equivalent to $49 or $98 spent, depending on the machine you play. On 12/25, my girlfriend and I were playing the Cannery slots. Before leaving, we checked our points. I was within 5 and she was within 1 of receiving the "free" parlay card, so we gambled a bit more then checked again and got the same result. In other words, "no 'free' parlay card for you, yet. Keep gambling...." Other folks were experiencing the same BS. Finally a slot tech checked into it. I was told to go to the Can Club, and they would take care of me. I was fifth in line and waited more than 20 minutes,(this place seems hell-bent on making you wait in lines as well as wait for pay-outs - refer to the aforementioned), to be seen by an employee who hadn't gotten a raise in 4 years. She told me there was nothing she could do and instructed me to swipe my card at the Kiosk again. Upon re-swiping my card, I still needed 5 points. How convenient.....eh? How many extra dollars do you think Cannery made by telling folks to gamble more for their "free" card? One can only imagine.
I emailed my complaint to Cannery Management and received a response from RW - the Assistant General Manager. Rather than offer reimbursment for the extra cash I needlessly wasted, he accused me of being slanderous with my complaint, which has caused me to actually believe that Cannery IS losing money.....They will no longer be able to enjoy my $8,000 per year, and I'm quite certain they will lose at least that much with other Locals should they continue to choose to treat their customer base in this manner.....Cannery is not the only game in town. How many $8,000 guests can any establishment afford to lose in this economy?
