HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

The staff at this location is absolutely terrible. The employee double charged us for our stay, and then tried to make it our fault. It was a huge mess of a situation, and she not only ended up double charging us, but later charging us again without any authorization. It's a long story, but one that ended up in her overdrawing my bank account, and never even apologizing for her countless errors.
Besides that the bathroom tub was filthy, including caked dust and dirt along the edge near the wall. The continental breakfast was terrible. It was basically cereal and juice. No bagels, and the muffins were those gross little sample sized gas station muffins.
When we were ready to leave I asked directions from the owner and he just said, "take that map over there." No explanation, he never helped me look on the map, he never thanked us for our visit... nothing.
Overall this was by far the most horrible hotel stay I've ever had in my entire life and I would not go back there even if they paid me.
