would rather sleep in my car

ants, noise, mold, unfriendly employee, bad air conditioner, hole in the door with wadded tissue stuffed in to "patch" it. it's not the ritz carlton....
 
 
 
 
 
Bad experience

We booked a room there because it appeared to be convenient to the relatives we were visiting. The room was not acceptable because of condition, cleanliness, etc. so we told them we would have to go elsewhere. A month later I found they put a charge on my credit card which so far I haven't been able to get removed. We arrived there about 3:00 P.M. and they said it would be no problem filling the place because a big convention was in town.
 
 
 
 
 
Great value--We'll stay again

We made our reservation before reading the previous negative reviews and were very surprised to find our room quite satisfactory. It was attractive and clean. The door was very secure--no problem with closing or locking it. We deliberately checked to be sure of that. The TV, hair dryer, iron, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, air conditioning and heating all worked perfectly. Generous basket of courtesy products such as coffee, cream and sugar, soap, shampoo, cream rinse, shower cap. Also more than enough clean towels and wash clothes for two people. Very comfortable beds. OK, so we had one lamp with a missing lightbulb, but there was plenty other lighting in the room, so we had no reason to complain-just turned on a different lamp. And there was no cover on the exhaust fan in the bathroom, but that didn't cause any problem. Next time we are in that area, we'll know we can count on this Ramada for a pleasant stay.
 
 
 
 
 
I will stay again

I stayed here while my son was in the Hospital for 3 weeks. These people were good to me, my room was clean and they did my washing for me and did not charge me and even put it in my room for me. They were helpfull with anything I needed or wantedm They also have a breakfast every morning. There are ref. and Micowaves in the room. I was very happy with the service I got and will stay again. They also gave me a discount because I payied by the week and because my son was in the hospital.

This place sucked

The lady at the front desk could not add. I had a reservation for 10 days in advance and my room was not ready when I arrived. They had shady looking characters cleaning the room and it was not clean. I was afraid to get under the covers. I asked for coffee cups and was not attended to. I was charged twice once from Hotels.com and then again from them. Do not stay here. Now that I am back home and realize I was over charged now the Hotel's phone is disconnected. Steer clear, I am waiting to see what else shows up on my card that they had access to.
