Douglas Inn and Suites Cleveland, Cleveland

This Inn is not accomodating to its guest. The workers get very angry if you ask them to move a muscle to get you soap or shampoo b/c the house keepers did not refresh your room. They expect that a family of four staying for three days only needs two towels and 1 tiny bar of soap for the entire stay. My pillow was a seat cushion and arriving at 12:30 at night that was fine. When I asked for a real pillow the next afternoon, the clerk couldn't get into the linen closet and told me that I would have to use what I had. After I explained to her what was going on, she made a phone call and got yelled at and frustrated and had to get one out of someone else's room. The next morning when I returned my keys, I explained to the elderly man at the desk after standing at the desk for several minutes of being ignored, that my car was not cranking and that my 6 month old and two 8 year olds were going sit in the hotel room since it was cold out and he stated that his guest was coming into the room and we needed to get out.(even though the housekeepers were nowhere near our room to clean yet)No one even offered to help us out with our car to jump it off. It was the attitude that all of the staff had that made us feel unwelcomed and a burden. I will never stay at this place again and would not reccommend it to anyone.
