La Renaissance Suites, Atlantic City

O MY GOD I LOVE THIS HOTEL SO MUCH IT WAS GREAT WE STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN THE STAFF IS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL THERES A BALCONY WHERE YOU CAN GO OUT AND SIT AND WATCH THE BEACH VIEW THERES ALSO A KICHEN WHERE WE COOKED AND DIDNT HQAVE TO GO OUT AND SPEND MONEY I WILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN

location was great. clean room and best of all front desk people were great.room with bed room and kitchen was great. right on board walk. will be coming back

not impressed with the overall appearance of the place. parking not good at all. place needs updating. would not recommend this time share to anyone. stay at the Flagship instead. much nicer place. This place was reccommened by Interval International not good.I give it a 2

We paid cash for 2 nights in La Renaissance but later decided to stay only 1 night. When we went to get our refund the next day at 10am the Manager told us we will not get our refund beck because its the hotels policy. When i asked to see the policy, the manager became deffensive.

We stayed at the LaRenaissance Suites and found the location to be awesome---right on the Boardwalk. It is walking distance to everything, without having to move the car. It is a very basic hotel without any extras or frills. The price was very reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a night and loved it. Great view, front desk was very friendly and informative, having a kitchen in your room is very convient we would stay here again only scary thign was teh car elevator which my friends and I couldn't take because we are clostrophobic, and there is a liquor store right up the street from the hotel,and dunkin donuts right on the boardwalk when you come out of the hotel. Sorry others had a bad experience we had a great one. Very friendly staff

I booked a 2 bedroom suite 5 months prior, I call the day before to confirm, and they had me in a 1 bedroom suite! After much complaining, they agreed to let us stay in the "penthouse". We got to the "penthouse" and it was basically the same thing as the 2 bedroom suite, just with 1 more bathroom. Wasn't much of a penthouse. The hotel workers all acted as if they did me a "favor" by giving us the penthouse, rather than acknowledging it was their fault for screwing up the reservation. The other thing, was upon check-in, the hotel clerk said he would hold my debit card info. for incidentals. not until after the card was processed did I find out they took $100 dollars out of my checking account. It took 4 days for the money to be put back in my account. When I asked him to reverse the card, I was told its "impossible". The only good part of this hotel is the location. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

This was the worst experience staying at the La Renaissance. When we arrived our room smelt like smoke. The floor was not vaccumed and the blinds from the windows were on the floor. When we pulled the sheets back the blanket had pubic hairs all over it. When I called the front desk I told them and they asked what would you like for us to do about it. I think this was the worst resort that you could ever chose to stay at.

I liked the location, which is right next to the Hilton Casino Hotel on the boardwalk. However, the desk help was not helpful nor courteous.
