Nathan Hale Inn And Conf Ctr, Mansfield

The rooms are very old and rundown with few pictures on the wall and old TVs and furniture. The halls have no ambience and are more like a cheap chain than a supposedly upscale hotel on a major university campus. They could have made this into a replica of an old New England Inn but it is not even close. Whoever owns it obviously doesn't care. The University should demand higher standards on their campus as should patrons. Needs local competition to force it to higher standards.

A total disappointment..old beds felt like we were sleeping in a hole, wireless internet repeatedly dropped the connection causing my daughter to miss a schoolwork deadline which dropped her grade 6 points. The desk clerk told me "thats a common problem with the wireless, nothing can be done." The heating unit was extremely noisy. They only allow parking in their lot, and charge seven dollars a night for it. Very expensive for a run down hotel. Stay away.
