Great Room
By Scott, 1/31/12
I don't know where the other reviewers stayed but everthing was great. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a King bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Room had a refrigetator and microwave. If there was a negative to our stay it was that the refrig made noise when the compressor was running but it didn't keep us awake. The complimentary hot breakfast was fantastic. LOVED the biscuts and gravy. Coffee could have been stronger. We give this Holiday Inn Express an A+

Best place ever!
By Jenni, 3/18/09
We had to take a family member to the airport in the middle of the night for a flight. We live about 2 hours away and there was a horrible snow storm so we diecided to go up that evening. We where so impressed with the staff, the rooms where super clean, the beds where so comfy, and the breakfast in the morning was so good. My favorite part was when it was -22 degrees out, they had a warmed up van to take us to the airport at 4am! This place is exceptional!

Would definitely stay here again!
By Jaclyn, 9/8/07
My only complaint was with the water pressure in the shower...which I can deal with. The beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious.

Terrible mistake
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/5/07
I reserved a queen suite. This was no suite. The room was smaller than a regular queen room, with only a half wall sticking out three feet from the wall for privacy. There was no privacy whatsoever. The sofa bed was dirty from the last guest, unmade, and had stains on it. The elevator doors slammed and was very disturbing to our room adjacent to them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wouldn't be in until Monday. When I insisted, the night supervisor told me she was the manager and nothing more could be done. Never never again.

The hotel where almost everything is in one roof.
By evangeline, 6/24/07
Excellent service- room was clean, newspaper was delivered early, plenty of towels, free internet access, enough supply of fruits and coffee (the whole day) & very courteous and helpful staff. Close to the Mall- less than 3 minutes ride to MOA; approximately 10 minutes walk. Difficult to find a place to eat or buy grocery items when you are not in the MOA especially if you do not have a car.

Under Construction
By Mark R, 6/11/07
Nice area and hotel. The renovations will be great once completed, however, during my most recent stay, the smell of paint and glue used in the construction made me sick. Clean, nice lobby, friendly service.

Great Staff, Lousy Restaurant
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/10/06
All staff was extremely helpful and courteous (except for one front desk employee who was rude to my boss on the phone.) They went to the max to make me feel welcome. The only problems were that the printer didn't work 99% of the time, so I had difficulty getting my presentation ready. The restaurant service was horrible. One of our group had to send back her room service order three times because it was a totally different item. She gave up and went to McDonald's. When our group of seven adults ate there, none of us got exactly what was ordered. While we did get a small comp, the manager seemed uninterested when our trainer complained. Maybe because the tip is automatically billed for parties of six or more, the waiter was not anxious to take our orders, refill our drinks, or get our orders straight. That was the only real bad experience at the hotel. (There are other places to eat nearby, so find them and eat there.)

Not a bad place
By Karen, 4/24/06
The breakfast was very good with a nice variety to choose from. The shuttle worked perfectly and the drivers were very helpful and accomodating. The pillows on the beds were herendous and the room was stifling hot even when we tried to turn on the AC. Ended up leaving all air off and opening the window. Thank goodness it wasn't summer.

We would stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/22/06
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and it is a conveneint place to stay if you are going to the Mall of America. We would stay at this hotel again.
