Not a bad place... great price too!
The location is ideal if you are coming from the train station... about a 10 minute walk. Be aware you will be passing by "adult stores" but its not like there are "ladies" hanging outside. The hotel is located literally next to the Theatre, and that night "Cats" was in town, and the show was sold out.
The service was not bad and our clerk spoke some English. Our room was spacious, relatively clean and overlooked the street. The bathroom was spacious, had a hairdryer, liquid soap, but a small shower.
If you are a large person, the elevator is TINY. I am a petite woman and the elevator held me and one 21-inch rolling suitcase.. that's it! Breakfast was available for 5 euros and it was a nice buffet of meats, eggs, cheese, coffee, juice, yogurt, breads and more.
The hotel is located close to the post office, streetcar, and metro. The Metro has a market and other stores, and overall a convenient location. For the price we paid, I'd stay again.
