Not ready for prime time
I've travelled on business for 20 years and in that time, I've only spoken to a hotel duty manager twice (one of those times was to complement an employee). Over five nights at the new Ritz Carlton in Moscow I spoke to a duty manager four times to complain about construction noise (below my 10th floor room) at 4am, no hot water, several rude staff members, a billing mix-up, and a failure to deliver room service. I also mentioned ONE employee who clearly had the Ritz Carlton spirit that I'm used to. The hotel has a great location, but the poor staff and the very high cost make this a value trap.
