Fresh Air

We were Pleasantly surprised that the Hotel, we thought we were settling for, because of the deal we got it for, considering it was close to Savannah, it was extremely nice. Now the room and the amenities exceeded my expectations also. It has a full restaurant (not one of those haughty, overpriced joints), serving great food at the best prices I have ever seen in a Hotel Restaurant. An exercise room where everything actually worked. The room we had was very nice, but smoke from another room seemed to filter into the room through the exhaust fan in the bath. We mentioned that to the staff in the morning and they insisted on moving our room to remedy the problem and did so expediciously! The Service was superb and for only a 3 day stay, not exagerrating, I felt as if I had known these folks for years. I have never felt as at home as I did at this Hotel. I have stayed at some very fine Hotels from the Rosen Centre & the Peabody in Orlando to the Roman Towers @ Ceasar's Pocono Palace in Poconos,PA, at cost far more than this one, but I have never been treated any better than here at the Holiday Inn in Pooler Georgia!I do not know if my travels will take me back to the Savannah area, but if they do, I know where I will be staying! If you are planning a trip to Savannah GA. Book yourself a room at this Hotel. It may take 15 minutes to get to the Historic district of Savannah, but you will be away from the congestion that is part of Savannah, easy access to the interstate, and a quick shot up to the Hilton Head area to visit the Tanger outlets. You will not be disappointed with this Hotel.
