Excellent Stay!
By Justin, 8/24/10
Great location (first stop on the silver line from the airport is a block away). Great view of the city. Plenty of options to eat at within walking distance (Flour for breakfest and The Whiskey Priest for dinner, anyone?). Walking downtown is a nice 5-10 minute walk or $6.00 cab ride. The staff is professional and polite, the rooms well furnished and the beds heavenly. This is my spot to stay whenever I'm in Boston.

Great Boston Hotel
By RONALD, 7/7/08
Recently spent four nights at The Westin Waterfront. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Nice flat screen tv. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Walking distanece to restaurants, Faneuil Hall, the subway. The trolley stops at the front door. Overall a grets experience.

It deserves 4 stars
By Titty, 6/1/08
If you are going to the Convention Center (next door) or going to the Bank of America Pavilion for a concert, it is the perfect location. The bed was heavenly. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of parking in the adjacent parking garage. The only negative would be their overpriced restaurant/room service. There are absolutely NO other restaurants in walking distance, so plan on driving or taking the nearby T to one. Overall, if you paid more than $140/night, you paid too much.

Great View of Boston Skyline!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/4/07
We stayed here while visiting family. They live near this hotel, so the location worked out very well. There was always a cab out front... or just a short walk to the T. A very good looking hotel, modern and clean. The beds were outstanding! The view of the skyline was stunning! (we were on the 10th floor). The pool was a bit small for a high end hotel, filled with fat children. The walls are thin - the noise of someone flushing the toliet at 6am was not the wake up call I had in mind... Overall a great place. The bed was worth every penny. Will stay again!

Very good deal
By Colton, 8/23/07
We got a really good online deal and found that the hotel is new, clean and very close to the T-Line subway/bus system. The restaurant is very pricey and there aren't any other eateries nearby, but the subway will get you anywhere quickly, or as with the rest of Boston, you can walk pretty much anywhere in a relatively short period of time. Definitely recommend this hotel for value and for the younger, more mobile crowd. They charge for Wi-Fi - only downside.

Nice hotel, but too loud.
By Money Honey, 6/19/07
This is a beautiful new hotel with first rate amenities, but it does have a few flaws, that are hard to overlook given the steep price tag. The lobby is a bit cold, not very welcoming, but the staff was warm and friendly. The rooms were a decent size, and the beds were extremely comfortable! The flat screen TV is a major plus. The two biggest detractors to the experience were noise and location. The walls of the rooms are paper thin, and extremely noisy! I stayed there for New Year's Eve, and the sound of rowdy, drunk party goers where hard to ignore, it was as if they were in the room with you. This went on until 5-6am. Not good. Second, for me the location was great because the function I attended was in the hotel, but for a Boston visitor the location is not a selling point. The hotel is located in the new Waterfront district, not that close the public transportation or any of the attractions of Boston.

Top Notch Hotel
By Charles, 6/2/07
The hotel was wonderful. Nice staff. Beautiful modern rooms. The hotel was also only a 15 minute walk from the Boston Commons. We purchased a 7 day unlimited subway pass but ended up walking everywhere.

What a let down
By Me, 2/25/07
I check in for a 16 day stay and as soon as I walk into my new home I check out the bathroon and there is hair all over the sing and toilet; a quarter roll of toilet paper and my sheets are dirty. I then call and ask to have my room recleaned. (that happened the next day) Everything in this hotel is expensive and low quality. I had to ahil my own cabs because the bell hops looked cold and they did not want to be outside. I had a dog in the room above me that barked for two nights straight and when I called to complain nothing was done. for 4 nights I ordered room service due to being tired from the dogs above and even though there is a 18% gratuity added to the bill the deliverer seemed annoyed by me not adding on anything extra for him coming to my room and delivering a $35.00 ham and cheese sandwhich. Overall, I could have gotten the same treatment at a Holiday Inn for a fraction of the price. Very dissappointed and I wll never stay at a Westin again. They do not deserve my money even though they feel as though they do.
