Hampton Inn Great Falls, Mt, Great Falls

We always stay at Hampton Inn's where ever we are....wonderful place. We always give the breakfast food preparer a tip...notice most don't think of it.

I was recently at the hotel and when I checked out I left behind my wallet I was using to keep my money in. I had no ID or credit cards in this wallet only cash money.Before I crossed the border my family had already received a phone call about this wallet. I had it sent back the next day and not one dime was missing from my wallet. I would like to thank the housekeeping for being so honest.Thankyou Charlene

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Great Falls on a road trip July 11-14 from San Francisco to Calgary, Canada. The hotel is quite new and very well kept. Had a nice quiet room on the fourth floor (well, the AC was a bit noisy but we turned it off to sleep). Good sized clean room, comfortable beds and VERY reasonable rate. Large breakfast room with a couple of hot items (sausage and french toast strips the day we were there) as well as the usual pastries and fruit (included in room rate). Located just off I-15 directly across from a shopping mall with a couple of restaurants; gas station, Subway (the sandwiches, not mass transit) about a block away. I doubt there's much better at ANY price in Great Falls. Had just fired up the hotel-wide WiFi service the previous day...worked like a charm.

WE STAY AT HAMPTON INNS WHEN EVER WE TRAVEL. I DIDNT THINK IT COULD GET ANY BETTER,WAS I WRONG. THEY HAVE PUT DUVAES WITH DOWN COMFERTERS ON THE BEDS WHICH ARE CHANGED EVERY DAY ALONG WITH THE SHEETS SO ALL THE LINEN THAT TOUCHES YOUR BODY IS CLEAN!!! NOT ONLY WOW WHAT A GREAT IDEA BUT COMFY TOO.

When we inspected the sheets, there was hair on all the pillows and sheets. It was obvious that the sheets had not been changed after last guest stayed in the room. We complained to the front desk and they moved us to another room. There was no apology and no reduction on room rate. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn and this was the first time we have had this problem with cleanliness.

The location was ideal after flying in and was a good jumping off point for our drive to Glacier National Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We loved the free breakfast bar. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and efficient. We would use Hampton Inn/Great Falls again in a second!

Nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the pool stays open 24 hours a day for adults, so late night meetings can be very special...Oops, did i say that. The breakfast bar is very nice, the dinning area makes you feel at home and you have a big screen tv you can watch while drowning out the noisy grumpy kids that just woke up..lol...Very nice- My fav hotel and only hotel i will stay in while in Great Falls .
