Grand Hyatt Tokyo, Tokyo

I loved it i want to go back as soon as possible.yah it was so awesome im going back next years.

The food here is presented by nice servers but it's dismal and mediocre tasting, and the staff look at you almost apologetically as they place it down in front of you. (Oak Door and cafe) Lobby is bland and dark and cold. The location, stuck onto one side - on a very average streeet - of a shopping complex near one of Tokyo's sleaziest parts of town, is interesting for nightlife but inconvenient for business. Guestrooms are predictable Hyatt manual stuff, nothing new here. Staff is genial.

I stayed at the Grand Club Twin rooms at Grand Hyatt Tokyo very recently. I stayed at the 10/F, which was the Grand Club Floor. Rooms may look quite small, bt are actually quite large, because of the huge bathrooms. I definitely recommend Florentina, the lobby Italian restaurant, the food there is really delicious. Everything about the hotel is quite attentioned to detail, flawless service and just a wonderful hotel. I was a little surprised that they do charge to use the pools and gym, and the pool is quite small, but the circular shape jacuzzi is pretty cool. I definitely recommend this hotel: comfortable, clean, modern, practical and luxurious.

I visit Tokyo 3-4 times a year on business and have stayed at Four Seasons, Westin, Park Hyatt, Intercontinental, etc. But I believe Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the best of the bunch based on: Price, location, service and amenities. If you become a regular of Hyatt group you could upgrade your room and the location is near everything (just catch the subway, which is very reasonable if you could manage your way around, or catch a cab, even though the cab could be quite expensive if your destination is not close by). If you become a regular, the staff will remember your name and always try to accommodate or address whatever your needs may be.

situated in the heart of the "Beverly Hills" of Tokyo (Roppongi Hills), it is in the perfect location, and thier Sunday Brunch at the French Kitchen, is the best that I had experienced in a while, I had the pleasure of speaking to the chef who is a native Canadian and has practiced all over. He was very polite...and even brought out my French Toast to my table personally. TOP NOTCH service!!

I dislike the behavior of several employees of this hotel. They give meager foods and so as their services. My advice for them is they must be trained well so that anyone like me would enjoy staying in this hotel.

Located in Roppongi Hills, this hotel is in middle of everything; all the great restaurants, night clubs, fancy boutiques, theater. Hotel is modern, yet relaxing. I just loved the dynamic yet calmed atomosphere. And great bed! You will have a sound sleep.

This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom is unbelieveable with a great shower and flat screen TV. The entire place is very modern and the restaurants, especially the steak house, are great!! I will definitely stay here again!!

the hotel is great for people of all ages. and there are a lot of openly gay people there. i luved the service and freindliness of the people.
