Very Rude Management

The general manager, Kent, was extremely rude. We had to stay overnight after our van broke down on the highway late one night. The manager kept accusing us of trying to sneak too many people into a room even though we explained repeatedly that they wer simply stopping long enough to help us unload our luggage from our vehicle that we had to tow to Fillmore. If it hadn't been so late at night we never would have stayed. He continued to be rude the next morning.

A Great family hotel

We have stayed here twice on our travels through Utah. We are planning on staying again very soon. The rooms are clean and accomodating and the pool and hot tub are a welcome refreshment. To top it off the free breakfast is a nice way to begin the day. We've told our friends who travel that it is an oasis. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Saved the dady

Inn at Apple Creek was excellent and truly a port in the storm. My daugher and I had traveled for 12 hours and had ended up in a nasty little hotel that I refused to continue to stay in. I found Inn at Apple Creek. I went there at 7:00 in the morning because I could not allow my daughter to be in the seedy little hotel we had been in a minute longer. The desk clerk allowed us to get a room for no additional charge that early in the morning even though check-in wasn't until 3:00 that afternoon. Then she told us to go in and have breakfast. A really nice breakfast mind you. I have been back there twice since then and will continue to call it my home when I am in the area. A great place with a caring staff and it is as clean and family oriented as you can possibly imagine!

went the extra mile

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and hot tub were clean and so were the rooms. Thank you. The breakfast just topped it off. Waffles what agreat treat. Great Service. We loved the train.
