Travelodge San Ysidro San Diego Area, San Ysidro

this hotel is awful, and dirty, the service is okay, but the rooms are dirty and old. Sincerely i never won`t back,. The price is not too bad.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel has made a big improvement since the name changed to Super 8 Motel. Had stayed there before and it was a little dingy. The room I had was freshly painted and the carpet was either new or very clean. The maid service was excellent. The bed was comfortable and it had a microwave and small refrigerator. It was a great value for the price. The staff was all very friendly. They could use some new wash cloths though. Some of them were rather dingy. I know it s hard to keep white towels and wash cloths clean especially when people are hard on them. They were very good about replacing coffee, shampoos. soaps etc. I will definitely stay there again.

Location, Affordable prices, Safe walking distance to the outlet Mall ...would recommend it if you do not want to dent your wallet... good place for family and specially a good deal if you are traveling to Mexico

Stayed here for 8 nights while we looked for a fully furnished apartment. Didn't have any bugs, linen was clean, service was a bit iffy for a start but after a few days service improved. Real close to border which was handy because we were going to a clinic across the border on a daily basis. They also run a free(?) shuttle service for patients visiting medical clinics in Tijuana. Overall its nothing flash but reasonable for their rates. Would stay again.
