1966 was my first visit to Mexico to see my Father's fishing boats (Sport)and I stayed at the Playa. Food, bar, and other services were great. I did get in some fishing caught a few sali one came in at 130 lbs. about 12-13 feet. In the 40's and 50's this was the place to hang out. in fact, the wife and I are planing a trip to Guymas this Aug - Sept and will stay at the Playa.

Easy drive to here

Los Angeles to Tucson, then to Guaymas. I have been to many places in Mexico, this bay and this hotel are running a close 2nd to Z-town, Perfect time of the year, no crowds, watch for tropical storms and you are rockin... we are continuing on to Mazatlan next...sea ya

i cant wait to go back

its pretty the beach is just the perfect thing for families and yup. i like the hotel the food wass awesome that shrimp and everithing the pools, spa , music the weather is just really cool i only had one thing i didnt like it was that the restaurant were too full sometimes but we still had fun the restaurants were cool even if they were full. can't wait to go back.
