Mainstay Suites Wilmington, Wilmington

I love the main stay. I had never heard of it before but I knew this was the place to stay when I called at well after 1 in the morning with a cancelled reservation at the courtyard and was pleasantly assisted by a young lady who led me through the reservation processs. She not only knew about the hotel but the surrounding area. When I did arrive it was better than I expected. Clean, quiet and centrally located. We even enjoyed the breakfast that was kid friendly and someone was available all night long for guest services. We use to stay at another hotel when we visited. but not anymore.

I had made a reservation at this hotel. I has tried to cancel this reservation many times. When I would call, either no one would answer the phone, or they would pick-up and hang up without even saying hello. When I was charged for one night, which I know is their policy, I called to speak to someone about this. They were rude, would not let me finish a sentence before they would interrupt. I will not stay there ever now.
