Milan Inn, Michigan City

what a big mistake i made staying at this place crackheads & prostitutes wandering around hair on toilet in sink and floor no hot water complained waited 2 hours and 3 unnsucessful complaints had to give myself a sponge bath with wet towels to freshen up somewhat wash my hair in sink when i checked out i complained again to get a whatever attitude from desk clerk she had 6 to 8 people in lobby not customers looked like a party or socal hangout rather than a workplace stayed 9/1 - 9/2/2012 room 216 from hell with sibirian ice shower i feel i should have got my money back or at least half off for this unpleasent experience so from my bad experience for your saftey and convinience i would highly recomend not staying at this place michigan city health department should shut this place down

This wretched Michigan City hellhole was home to junkies, prostitutes and a ghetto maid with the demeanor of a Nazi prison guard crossed with a rabid dog. While the room was filthy and old, with lumpy mattresses and burns in the carpet, the real nastiness of this place is the staff.

Stayed at this hotel one night and as of the date of this review, has had three credit card charges on my card. Contact with the hotel has proved useless. No one offers any help. If you want to keep your credit card in tack, don't use it here. As a result, had to cancel my credit card.

It was nice & quit. Price was reasonable. Very friendly people. Sure thing i will stay at Milan inn again. Inn is located at the end of the town so no road trafic. Also free inter net & long diastance phone calls from the room.
