Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - SeaWorld/Lackland, San Antonio

Refuse to stay in room 204! It is above the pool and smells like moldy pool. NONE of the bathrooms have vents. There is a grate on the ceiling however, no switch to turn on to remove the exhaust. This room has black mold growing on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom was dirty and no wash cloths. The pool was not working (no heat) and again mold.

I have stayed at alot of fancy hotels and I have to say that this was was very nice. It had alot of restraunts close by - even a Chuck E Cheese for the kids. It was very easy to find. The staff was nice - the room was awesome - beds were soft - very clean. I will definetly stay there again when I visit San Antonio.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel for our family vacation. Very friendly, accommodating staff! Nice and clean place. Having free continental breakfast every morning was an added bonus. Great location for going to Sea World, Alamo, Zoo, Splashtown, etc. Would definitely stay again!

We went to this Hotel for our son's graduation from Boot Camp at Lackland AFB. Our room was very clean, neat and all expectations were exceeded. We had a family suite that made our stay very convenient (we had my mother with us). The best bonus was the breakfast everymorning and a gentleman named Robert who remembered us and our little special requests and what we liked everyday. He worked the breakfast bar and kept everything filled and in order. Great guy. Everyone there had a smile and it made our visit to Lackland a very memorable experience. Would recommend to anyone going to the airforce base which was only about 12 minutes away.

Hotel Claims to be near Lackland AFB and they are NOT, we paid over $100 in fares to and from the base every day! Ridiculous

This was the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Will never stay at this location ever again. Awful experience and reghret going.

This hotel needs to be inspected by Corporate Holiday Inn. I do not think that they are aware of the poor condition of some of the rooms. Certainly not worth what was charged. We had 2 rooms, the shades in both rooms were stained. In one room, the pattern in the bathroom look like 1 inch mud streaks, there were crickets in our room, we could not see the bottom of the swimming pool, then we found out that our credit card was overcharged. We were very disappointed with the condition of these two rooms and the overcharge. We ask to speak to the Manager, but he was never available and we never spoke with him. I hope that they have fixed the problems in the rooms since July 5th since they are apart of Holiday Inn. by concerned

Went to San Antonio for nephews BMT graduation spent 3 days here. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. There was 3 adults in my room and there was plenty of space. Room had a microwave and a refrigerator. HUGE bathrooms, would go back just for the showerheads! Very comfortable beds. I actually slept on a sofa bed and slept thru the night! breakfast was good lots of selection and we were not early risers. pool area was clean amd warm. Wanted to take home the hot tub. Wireless interner worked efficently. Originally there were 8 of us booked into the hotel in 2 rooms. when the other half of our party arrived the family suite(2 queen 1 king) they booked had been vandalized. the hotel put them in 2 rooms with the same number of beds for the same price. when my sister requested their rooms to be on the same floor as mine the hotel made the change. we all wound up within a few rooms of each other on the same floor. There is a Bennigans and a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance(even for Mom who is 82)from the hotel both very good.
