Wonderful Setting, Wonderful Hosts

Had the pleasure of staying with my hosts, Kathy and Fred the eve before taking off on the Chilkoot Trail. What a great decision. The Hiker Suite in which I stayed is not a big room, but really nice and really clean. In the morning, Kathy makes you a delightful breakfast to start your day. The best word to describe the atmosphere at Chilkoot Trail Outpost is "Welcome." Because that is how they make you feel. This is a TERRIFIC place to stay whether you are ready to tackle the Chilkoot, want to just relax, or somewhere in between.
