Pine Bay Resort, Nevis

Where to begin? We stayed with the Habers at this resort for several summer vcations prior to buying a lake place directly across the bay from the resort. Yes, we liked it THAT much! Spider Lake is a wonderfully clear clean and diverse lake. The pan fishing and largemouth bass fishing are second to none that I've fished in Minnesota. Dick and Ginny run a nice clean operation and are my idea of the perfect hosts. There when you need them, but they leave you alone! A rare combination. The cabins are nice with good clean bath facilities. Most have a splendid view of the lake. The resort is in a small protected bay with only a narrow opening to the main lake. I never had to worry about my boat when we docked it at the resort. Plus, the bay is loaded with fish and is probably the most overlooked fishing hole on the lake. They also have a nice sand beach and lots of water toys for the kids. I can't reccommend this resort highly enough!
